| Eligibility Criteria – |
DR. SUKUMAR MUKHERJEE BIOGRAPHY |
|
- The Honour Lecture can be awarded to any person even if he is not a members of Indian Association of Clinical Medicine.
- Honour lecture is broad based – can be awarded to any specialty of Internal Medicine but preference will be given to the topic related to Rheumatology.
- Governing Body members are not eligible for award of Honour Lecture.
- Honour Lecture will be awarded to the person once in his life time.
- The last date for sending nomination will be 30th June.

Rules for Honour Lecture: |
|
|
- i. No TA/DA shall be provided to the Honour Lecture Awardee.
- ii. It is obligatory and compulsory for the awardee to deliver it at the appointed day and time during annual conference. No alternations shall be possible.
- iii. Honour Lecture if not delivered shall lapse and shall not be carried forward ordinarily.

How to apply: |
|
|
- Nomination for Honour Lecture can be sent on plain paper by Founder Fellow/ Fellow/ Life Member.
- Details of nominee should be mentioned in the nomination like – name, address, contact number, email ID, field of interest, topic of lecture etc..
- There should be consent of nominee.
- Brief Bio-Data of nominee should be enclosed with nomination
